Our carrier partner is undergoing scheduled maintenance that will affect certain Helium Mobile account activities. During this time, your account usage information (data, calls, and texts used in current billing cycle) will not update in your app. Usage information should update to reflect accurate usage once the maintenance window has concluded.

This will not affect your ability to use Helium Mobile service, receive or make calls, send texts, or use data in accordance with your plan.
